Default b16 all motor

I have a b16 engine with stock bottom end and a well done head.

I just put on a type R header 4-1. Wondering what type of gains I am looking for. and are there any others for the b16 that would help- Like a larger throttle body or is there a good Intake manifold that can be paired with a ALL MOTOR setup for good gains.

I do have a real nice CF intake. Cams.

Wondering also if it is reccomended to get newer/larger injectors and some sort of dyno tune.

With the newer cams I never got it tune or dyno and would I benefit from this

Car ran pretty good. I just decided to put on a hew header it required tons of work but I am working on getting it all put back together now.

As with any motor and upgrade, a proper tuning tool is needed in order to realize true gains rather than a butt dyno.
You already have the basic bolt-on parts so at this point I would look into some kind of engine management. Injectors wont be needed with the parts you have mentioned. An aftermarket intake manifold and throttle-body combo would be a good start once you get yourself a tuning tool.
Plenty of threads on here about what to go with so I would do some research and go with what is within your range to use whether it be Chrome, Neptune, Hondata, AEM etc...

Your going to have to take some type of advice somewhere...If you take it to someone that will tune it at its current state, you would be wasting your money. Without the proper tuning tools, what is your tuner going to adjust? Pretty sure you can locate a dyno that will charge $60-$100 to strap your car up and make 2-3 pulls to see what it makes. Do that and go from there.

If you dont think tuning the ecu to accomodate the changes you did to the motor will do anything...then find a different hobby.

What if I use a ITB setup on ALL motor Am I going to gain or loose?

Individual throttle bodies.

Right now I am considering a Intake manifold or something else such as ITB's

Not sure which is the best route to go.

Just so I have this straight: Tune it to ensure the computer system is keeping up with all the engine mods and you're getting the most out of them? Otherwise the dyno would be a waste.

You tune it ON a dyno WITH a proper EMS.
