Default Blower Electrical Problem

Hello everyone, i decided to post about this hoping that someone might have encountered this malfunction before. So i start the car and open the heater to Clear up the Windshield all good so far, when i turn on the lights to get moving the blower suddenly stops. And it's repeatable everytime constant behaviour.

No Lights -> Blower Ok
Lights On -> Blower Dead

I need to replace a front light bulb that isn't working but i dont think it's even worth relating to my blower problem. The other things is that i have relocated the battery to the trunk,but it's been like that for 3 monts and no problems.
Anyone got an idea ? Thanks a lot guys !

Those 2 circuits aren't connected (except for sharing a ground), unless the harness has been modified / hacked up.

Check your ground block near the passenger headlight, it looks like this (the square white plastic bit) http://www.fondahonda.com/photos/ground1.JPG
That is where the blower motor grounds and the right headlight.

You might need to open it up to check each individual wire.

Dont rule out the bad bulb either, remove or replace that bulb and re-check your blower.
