I have a '93 Honda Prelude automatic and I've been searching the threads for any similar issues and found a couple but I just wanted some extra input. My prelude will start with no issues and when the car is driving, there are no shifting issues but the only way to get the car out of park is by doing it manually with the key. After it's moved it works just fine. I just got bought this car a few weeks ago and the problem just started today and I needed some help figuring out what the problem could be. Theres a switch inside under the shifter plate, my girlfriends da integra did the same crap I just ghetto rigged it up to always stay depressed and that fixed it, thats just the ghetto way around the problem though
