fluctuating idle
ok so i just replaced my headgasket on my 98 civic ex with the d16y8 and now the idle bounces from 800 to about 1600 rpms when i took off my head i broke the knock sensor and am getting a new one that is the only dtc i have any ideas? IACV possibly? idk

i bled the system and it got better but still has a small fluctuation its from about 800 to 1000 rpm and it doesnt do it all the time just spuratic. and 1 more question can i get to the knock sensor without pulling the intake manifold? i'm a little new to the honda world
