Default Brother's 94 Cx Hatch tranny noise

Hey guys n gals, my brothers hatch is making a weird vibrating noise like a thin metal piece vibrating against the transmission. It only happens in high rpm ranges in between shifts or at idle. If he shifts before 5k or doesn't rev that high, you would never hear it. Is it the flywheel or is it something else?

Sorry, I didn't mean to put at idle, I meant in neutral- if he revs into high rpms then it happens as well

Does it happen constantly when the clutch is engaged? With the car in neutral do you hear it?

Only if I rev past 5k rpm in neutral. While I'm driving it, it's the same thing-only when shifting in higher rpm range.

Heat shields....
Numbers 19, 34, 7, 8, 36, 35 and the ones in 1 and 2...

Any one of them may be missing a bolt/screw/nut, may be bent, have a rock/debris stuck or rolling around in it. 94

Will it be okay to drive it this way until the weather warms up? I live in Wisconsin so it would suck to try and fix anything right now. Thanks for the diagram, now I know exactly where to look.

The input shaft bearing is bad as well but I'm getting an exedy clutch kit paired with an F1 flywheel to take care of that problem. I was just hoping the two noises weren't related in any way.
