Honda civic ED7 starting problem

Honda civic ED7 starting problem
Hey guys, i have a problem with my ED 88' with d16a6 engine
there's no spark, fuel pump not priming, ECU will not flash nor blink. I've tried two different Main relays now, still no difference. I have also today, checked every ground on the harness and freshened them up.
Also went through all the connections to the engine,
This is the only contact i cant find to what it should be connected to.
Everything else on the car works perfect, ( except the hazard button ).
Anyone have any idea to what it could be ?
