Default Strange Oil leak...need Help...

Hey guys sorry its my 1st post, but I have this strange oil leak from cylinder 2 by the headers after I changed to a Hamp oil filter. Any ideas? please help...

Your oil filter may be constricting oil flow. Honda's can build up quite the oil pressure, especially during high rpm's. This constriction can add pressure or even a buildup of oil around your seals and gaskets. If you have old or weak seals, chances are your engine will start to cry oil. I'm not a pro but I've seen oil leaking from my vtec solenoid and distributor every time I reach high rpm's. I finally changed the o-ring and gasket. For you, I would get a different filter. Preferably Honda made.

Thanks Scottchy014 I'll look into that, and yea my PVC is making a loud whistling sound when the car is warmed up...I replaced it with a new OEM one and it's still doing the same high pitch whistle...
