i have a 93 honda del sol and it is my project car, the rear rails k part of the rear frame are rusting away...only part on the car that is, somone told me there is a company that makes metal caps that go over them and u weld them in, to repair the frame. does anybody know where i can find these?

Your pictures are blurry as hell. That said if it's what I think it is that's not structural. cut out the rusted metal and weld in new sheet metal.
