Icon2 Is Rywire still in business?

I went to Rywire's website and noticed that their copyright is from 2005 to 2011. I also called their customer service number and was told it was no longer in service. Anyone have any info on them? Was looking for a conversion harness for a d16z6 swap because I don't want to splice wires myself.

Hmmm, looks like I was having cell issues I guess. Redialed it a bunch of times and it finally went though. Their closed anyway, but at least I know it works.

Now for another question: for a d16z6 conversion with a conversion harness, do I need a z6 factory harness also? Instructions for the conversion I have seen don't explain the Rywire harness so I'm not sure what all I would need for the swap in terms of wiring.

RyWire is a reliable source for the conversion harness which allows you to use an OBD1 ECU.
You convert your stock engine harness to fit the Z6 engine.

What needs to be converted using the stock harness? I know there are write-ups but I just don't know where to start if I use the Rywire harness.

The O2 sensor will be 4 wires, distributor plugs will be different, alternator plug might be different, and the fan switch connector will need to be switched out and relocated from the back of the motor to the thermostat housing.

If you use your stock A6 fuel injectors then you don't need to do any modification there.

It think that's it for the plugs you need outside of what the jumper/conversion harness should provide.

Lucky for you, I literally just did this swap. You use your old harness and beware, there WILL BE a couple of plugs that you WILL NOT use on the old harness. USE YOUR OLD HARNESS AND INJECTORS. The rywire harness WILL HAVE the wires already pinned to a connector for the 4 wire o2 sensor. It literally a plug and play harness.
Also, I couldn't use the z6 axles on my Hf but it could be different for you since you have the Si.

I was thinking that I reuse my axles from my Si tranny. Could be wrong though.
