Default Honda bearings

Okay kinda of new to rebuilt a motor but bare with me . So im planning to rebuilt my gsr block got the colors for the main bearing. My question is do I just order the color I need from the dealership or is there something else I need to do before that? help will be appreciated thanks!! And going to be using OEM bearings its going to be a OEM rebuilt.

Disassemble and Measure. Plastigauge is your friend.

Its all disassemble already. What would I have to measure? Like the Bearing journals? Yup plaasticgauge is my friend haha

There's a lot of answers on google on how to properly rebuild the bottom end.

Have you tried googling up evans tuning ?

Yeah I google it and check it out everything make sense but some part just confuses me like for example if you already know what bearing to use and know all your parts are good could you just put the bearings in and plastic gauge it to Check for clearance? That just what im lost on lol.

Did you have any machining done to the bottom end? Micro polish crank, alignhone? Are you using the same rods? If you did any of these things, then the correct size bearing may be a different size than the block recamends. Best way to do it is yo have all of the journals mains, rods, crank measured with presision measuring tools like bore guage and micrometer, and then by using your target bearing clearance you can find out what size bearing you need on each journal individualy. Then you measure again and even plastiguage to check afterwords. Good luck.

Havent had anything done to the block yet just sitting and running stock rods but okay that make sense thanks man!
