High Cold start idle.. Bad?
So I have a 1991 civic si with a twin cam zc 1.6 .. It a crower cam, bored over (dont have exact specs), chipped ecu. So when I start the car (it is winter average is around 10-20 degrees) the car will rev around 3-3200 rpm till it is warm (usually 3-4 mins). Is this normal? I just feel that is really hard on everything.. I been meaning to check for a vacuum leak but I don't think there really is just because once its warms it idles normal (1g). Just looking for opinions. Thanks guys!
Yeah thats too high, something is not right.
