I have check all lights that's on brake lights work fine Indicator and headlights as well..I have to take out the fuse and put it in at nights to drive so I won't get pull over...now I have no ideas why it's staying on change the switch at the steering that's not the issue...I kno it's got to b a wire ground somewhere or the pervious owner messed it up with the radio somehow I'm assuming it don't look professional at all I can cause im hearing the whistling sound of the engine threw the speaks some help please

 

Pull out the head unit and check the wiring. Probably is backfeeding the parking/dash light circuit with a constant hot/memory circuit.
