I Have a B16A. I was just wondering what car it could have came from and how I could differentiate between them. I really would like to know from the B SERIES PAGE ON WIKI so its easy for me to understand the specs.

If the motor is original head/block, check for the casting date on the head.

Ok so it said 9|9 so 1999!? Its a B16A with a model number of 61000777 (Number under B16A) with an S4C/LSD Transmission According to

Relax. you have a 99-00 Civic SI EM1 chassis, B16A2 Engine.

Doesn't matter if its from 89-00, all B16As are essentially the same with bore, stroke, and camshaft. only distributor connections, Hydro transmissionn and other smaller negligible items make them different. Mystery solved.
