will these aftermarket bumper molding fasteners work?
I removed the bumper molding from my 91 Accord to do some rust repair. To get the molding off, I had to use a drill to remove the old fasteners, thereby destroying them. They had a head that looked like the had a screw requiring a philips screwdriver and the inner stem was threaded.
I'm wondering how well the "push-type" fasteners shown at http://www.ebay.com/itm/190789255115...witem=&vxp=mtr will work. Apparently, they are simply installed by pressing or pounding the inner stem inward. I wonder whether they'll hold OK when used on the bottom side of the bumper molding.

I asked the eBay seller about this. He replied and said the fasteners will stay in place when used on the bottom of the bumper. So, I guess we can consider this question solved.
