Default limp mode at WOT

1990 Crx DX auto originally
Obd1 Gsr swap running chipped P28 from phearable.net car runs great except for one issue. It hits a brick wall at WOT.
When accelerating it acts completely normal until throttle is opened all the way. Whether i pound it down or gently caress my foot into it, the reaction is always a complete loss of power and violent bucking.

You may want to measure the fuel pressure and test the FPR.

This violent bucking happen if you floor it right off the line from a complete stop?
Or does it have to reach some speed and RPM?

I put a clear tube on the vacuum line for the fpr while someone worked the throttle. i saw fuel coming through the vacuum at wot. Should i replace the fpr? Would that cause this issue?

Do you have a non-chipped ECU to try?
Even a stock P28 might work... it will run a bit lean so I would suggest only to see if the bucking is still there.
