i was installing the skunk2 low pro valve cover studs i over tighten 3 of the 4 inner stand off stud in side i was wondering if you guys can help me figure out a way to get it out here a picture

 

So the Junk2 studs broke off?

Otherwise, remove it like you would any other snapped-off bolt.

 

it said 20lb and i read it wrong and out it to 70lb and i dont know how remove them

 

Try a screw extractor.

Those damn bolts are too sensitive.

I had this happen to me and I was fortunate enough to be able to just use some vice grips. Take the entire rail off and and inspect to see if there is enough of the bolt to grip.

I thought of a screw extractor but I was afraid to get some shavings into the head, I suppose you could just put rags around the bolt?

 

I worked on friends integra with this very same thing...He over tightened them all. About 7 of them snapped. I was able to extract most of them with ease with a bold extractor. Just make sure to use a high quality kit. If you've ever snapped a cheap bolt extractor bit off, its about impossible to drill out.

 

That's because that "upgrade" is a complete ricer mod.

Perhaps he was going for Skunk2 certification though. lol.

Now that would be classic.

P.S. Skunk2 sucks as well.
