Default Is this worth fixing?

Hey everyone,

I have a 2000 Civic Coupe with rust along the driver's side. I just want to get some opinions on if it is worth fixing. The car has a huge amount of sentimental value to me and i would love to keep it. I have big plans for this car but the rust is the first thing i want to address before starting anything else.

I'm just going to replace the door; the other two spots are my main concerns.

Thanks in advance!

Geez, what part of PA are you from? In my area we'd call that "minimal rust" at worst haha.
Definitely worth fixing, and you shouldnt have much trouble doing it.

Haha i'm in the northeast. I'm mainly concerned by the spot in the last picture. The guy at the local body shop told me that meant that my frame was rusting; and scared me off a little.

I've done some body work myself and helped with a full restoration of a '70 Challenger, so its definately not he worst rust i've ever seen. I'll have some guidance along the way, but this is my first time doing it pretty much by myself, so i might pay a shop to fix the frame for the peace of mind.

What ever you decide make sure you remove every last speck of rust and then use a epoxy primer/sealer otherwise you will just run in too it again.
