Can someone tell me how to remove the steering lock mechanism from a '95 Odyssey? The steering lock on my van got busted up in an attempted theft so, as the pin holding it in had snapped,I was able to pull the mechanism straight out after removing the sheer bolt. I have found a good lock mechanism on a vehicle about to be sent to the crusher, but I can't remove it - I can't locate the pin that I'm supposed to push that will allow the lock mechanism to come away from the steering column. Can anyone help? Thanks.
