no spark no fuel
I picked up this sedan for cheap. The body was in pretty good condition but the guy told me it didn't run and didn't know why. So I got it home and started messing with it and found out it needed a new gas tank. So i replaced the gas tank. And tested the fuel pump while i had it out. I ran good. Put it all back together and not getting fuel or spark.
Ive put in a known working dissi, ecu, and main relay so i know for sure its no that. Anybody got any ideas as to y im not getting any spark or fuel. And btw it has new ngk plugs and wires.

91 lx civic. stock dual point d15b2 in it. Cleaned the ground. that was the first thing i thought of. There is a plug thats been cut off the harness that plugs into a sensor on the head right under the dissi. I think its the temp sensor? Which fuses are the 3 main ones? i checked the ones under the hood they are all good.
Three main relay fuses:
15A hood ECU fuse
10A dash fuse 14
10A dash fuse 2
Voltage check them - click link in my signature.
What color and number of wires does the unplugged connector have?
If you reset the ECU and then crank the engine for 25 seconds, what CEL codes are thrown?

yea, under the dizzy is the temp sensor for the gauge (1wire) and for the ecu (2wire)
check for any broken wires going to the dizzy, otherwise see if you can try another dizzy or ecu. are the replacement ones you tried for a dp or mp engine? ive seen a lot of people interchange them and then realize it don't work. if none of that or the forementioned fuses work grab a intake and go mp lol.
