im speaking from experience.
it works.
the only thing that wont work is the display that shows what gear you are in. inbetween the fuel gauge and the temp gauge. other than that it will plug right up.

gauge clusters go for around 100-200. 75 is not a bad price if your just looking for somthing to tide you over with a tach.
I lucked out and got caught up in a deal where my friend could buy a 2k si cluster for 200. i gave him a hundred for his 98 ex cluster so we each got what we wanted for 100. like the other guy said you can find clusters for a decent price if you check the junk yards and online...

Arent the 98-00 Gauges all the same? Just wondering. Why would he swap a 99 auto gauge to a 98? I know its not because its an auto. Just wondering if they look the same or not.

Arent the 98-00 Gauges all the same? Just wondering. Why would he swap a 99 auto gauge to a 98? I know its not because its an auto. Just wondering if they look the same or not.
96-00 - DX - no tach, big fuel and temp gauges.
96-00 - Ex-Hx -has a tach, smaller fuel and temp gauges.
99-00 - Si - Totally different cluster....
