Default Main relay or fuel pump?

2006 Acura RSX. Finally found the relays behind the glove box. There are 4 of them. Car won't start and want to know if it's the main fuel relay. From manual it seems that it's the blue housing. Can't seem to remove it. Can anyone let me know how to remove it. thanks.

Wiggle side to side and pull up. If you must, slide a flat head screw driver under the edge of the relay

There's an easy trick to test. You have to short pins on the harness for the EFI.

If it starts after that, it's your relay. If not, then Fuel Pump.

But your in the wrong forum, and this info is for a 3G Integra.

I'd get up to the fuel pump and look for 12V when priming or with engine cranking. If power is fed there, then you know your relay and fuse are good. As a sidenote, check the fuel pump fuse.
