Default 6 Speed swap

I have a D16Z6 engine, with the stock 5 speed transmission. I am interested in swapping in a 6 speed. I am adding power and I want the extra gear. I want a solid transmission that can handle power. Where do I need to go and what do I need to look for.

What you're looking for doesn't exist.

In relative terms, the transmission you have now is actually pretty strong. With a good aftermarket LSD and final drive people seem to have no trouble putting 300hp through them.

The '86 - '89 Integra CG transmission can be made to fit, and is a fair bit stronger again. Again though it's a 5 speed.

I am shooting for 350-400 bHP. Will my trans still handle that or will I have to do some serious work to it?

Where can I find a good LSD and other transmission parts?
