Default ARP b20 rod bolt question

Ive read that b18 and b20 share the same rod bolts. Which rod bolt will be better for a b20vtec setup? The ARP 208-6401 pro series or the high perfromance 8740 will do just fine. I also found out that these bolts wont fit aftermarket rods. If in case I run aftermarket rods what will be my best choice?

if you run aftermarket rods, they already have ARP bolts in them. (99% of the brands anyway)

and if you are using these with oem rods, you need the 8mm replacement studs. they are the same ones used by ls engines and single cams.

I was planning on keeping the stock rods for the meantime thus the reason why I asked which is better. Rods eill be replaced later on fown the line. Do you guys know which is the 8mm ones? Or do I need to contact Arp.

Those are what you need. They are direct replacement of the factory bolts. Just make you get the rods re-sized after you have the new bolts pressed in.
