ok so i just got out of the vw game, and bought my first honda, i have a 95 coupe, tealish turquoise color, ive seen it called aztec green, and paradise green, idk what is, this is my first honda, so forgive me.
anyways, the hood when its closed has a small gap inbeetween the bumper/headlights, and ive tried everything i can think of to bring it down. but i have never had an ej1, or a honda for that matter. if this was my jetta, id loosen up the hood release bolts and slide it down.. tried that with this and it didnt do anything. so could someone point me in the right direction here? thanks a ton.

thanks that helps a ton, now i tryed moving the latch down, is that what i should have been doing and i just didint do it correctly? or am i wrong?

 

did you adjust the front hood bumpers? Called hood edge cushions in the pic posted above?

 

yeah i adjusted those, i figured it out, the part of the latch in the diagram that says grease, is stuck, so im hoping witha screwdriver and some wd40 i can get it unstuck

 

Where did you find this info? Would be nice to see other sections of that manual/guide
