Default What size rims

I want to buy slicks for the track. I'm currently running 15" SI rims, so I'd like 15s up front but would like to know the advantages/disadvantages of using 14s or 13s. How will this afect my 1/4 mile times?

find the smallest rim that will fit over your brakes, smaller rims mean less inertia is needed to break the wheels loose, I've heard this from alot of people. If I'm wrong please someone correct me.

Given a set wheel od. a smaller rim will give you more sidewall. More sidewall = more potential for traction, all things being equal.
