Icon2 itr master cylinder/booster on eg hatch problems help!

the car - 1995 civic si hatchback
4 wheel disc
30/40 proportion valve (stock)

i recently swapped the brake booster and master cylinder on my hatch with a 1" b18c type r one. first thing i noticed is that the booster doesnt sit flush with the firewall. i went ahead and relocated the 30/40 proportion valve inside the cabin to tuck to the lines and got every line plugged in to the right hole on the proportion valve. when i went to bleed the system i filled the reservior and began to pump and bleed the right rear which bleed a little now the other lines wont bleed... the fluid just stays in the reservoir and wont go into the lines??? could i have the fittings on to tight? would i have one of the master cylinder lines mixed up on the proportion valve? this is getting a bit frustrating if youve done before where do you have the two master cylinder lines located on the proportion valve? diagrams??? help?

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder before you installed it? If not, you will have a hard time bleeding the system.
