Default both my cig lighters broke can someone help?

Hello all, I just bought an 06 civic ex coupe, it did not come with the manual, can someone please help me figure out how to fix my cig lighters? Both of them do not work and I have no way of seeing what fuse it is if that is what is wrong.
Thanks in advance all!

It should tell you which fuse is which on the bottom side of the under-dash fusebox cover. Check the fuse first. If it's ok, then probe the fuse socket for battery voltage. If you have voltage at the fuse socket, test for voltage at wire side of the cig plug connector. If you don't have voltage at the cig plug then the wire between that and the fuse is broken and you'll have to find the break and repair it.

If the fuse is bad and a new one blows right away then your grounding out between the fuse and the cig plug. Find the break and repair it.

If you're not getting voltage at the fuse socket then we'll have to dig deeper.
