Default Integra getting no spark.

Hello, I have a 95 Integra rs with a b18cr 96spec motor. At the moment my car is not getting any spark. The issue started when I swapped clusters on my car. I'm not sure if me changing the cluster messed up any wiring in the interior to cause the car to not spark. 3 things that come to mind whe car doesn't spark is the main relay, dizzy, or fuel pump. I've put the car on the ON position and I can hear the main relay click, the fuel pump prime, making me think neither of those is the issue which leads to just the dizzy. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot the dizzy as I'm not familiar with the a lot of the motor besides normal maintainace. Just don't want to invest in a new dizzy for the car unless I can pinpoint that it is the issue. Also if it becomes to that point for this kinda motor, would I just need a dizzy from a gsr? And what year? Is there possibly any sort of wiring connect to the dashboard harness that affects the motor from sparking. I was told the motor only have 60-70k miles on it. Earlier issues that happened prior to this issue was that the car ran really rich because the map sensor would occasionally unplug when the car was on and we finally found out that issue. Other than that the car is running well. I just need it to spark again, make sure motor is good, slap on a new exhaust with better airflow, possibly an intake, tune it up and call it a day. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Check for power to the distributor assembly, [black/yellow], with ign. switch in both the run and start positions.

If good, try starting engine and keep an eye on the tach, does the tach jump/bounce a little as you crank the engine, if not, the ICM, [igniter] is bad or has a loose connection.

How did you test for spark? 94

I did the screw driver over the spark plugs and it didn't spark anymore. I'm not very good at trouble shooting the distributor, is it difficult? Also when I try I start the car rpm do not move. When holding the key to crank the rpm tach move for a second once, I remember. Other than that no movement in the tach. Also are these symptoms of icm issues?

No tach movement is a good sign the ICM is blown.

Also, when testing for spark you need to use an HEI spark tester, not doing so in itself can blow the ign. coil. 94
