Default OEM deck swap

I'm going to swap my radio out for a newer OEM honda deck. From what I've read I might need an adaptor harness depending on the year to fit the newer radios. Has anyone ever put a double DIN factory deck from an Element/Pilot/etc. into their teg without problems?

Default Re: OEM deck swap

I have a DD out of a Legend in my 94RS, almost a direct fit.

How much work and need for adapters will depend on MM&Y of car the DD comes out of, anything newer then 98 will need wiring adapters, one for the DD and one for your Integra.

If the DD is 98 or older no wiring adapter is needed, that will be plug&play, mounting the DD will be a different story, most will be side bracket mounting, your Teg is rear mount. 94
