Default 91 Integra problem with sputtering/bogging.

When my car starts up it runs normally until it warms up, when it warms up it bogs when i hit the throttle. I feel like there is a loss of power.
It also takes an abnormal amount of time to warm up, like 5 minutes.
I have not done anything yet, just curious if someone else had a problem like this, and how they fixed it.
From 500-2500 rpm car sputters, at 2500 rpm+ it is fine if that helps at all.

** Replaced Fuel Filter and Spark Plugs. Sort of helped, but still bogs a lilttle at low rpms.**

Need a lot more info, besides MM&Y, trim level will also help, any mods?

Have you checked/tried anything?

Basic stuff first, spark, [is it a good spark] fuel pressure, [what is it] and timing both valve and ign. timing, [confirm both are correct]

Fuel filter, when was it last replaced/

Long warm up, almost always a thermostat stuck open.

Easy start/runs "normal" untill warm. may be a bad ECT sensor, you may be running rich, the Engine Coolant Temperature sensor supplies the ECU/ECM with engine temp., as the engine warms up the ECU/ECM will adjust A/F ratio, rich at start up of cold engine, leaning it out as engine temp. goes up.

Hard starting of an already warm engine is also a symptom of a bad ECT sensor, so is **** poor gas milage. 94
