i had the same problem with my crx with a jdm b16a. i blew out my fuel line running from the tank to the motor and the return line and they were both really clogged. i changed the fuel pump to new a crx si stock honda. also check the fuel filter. you might not be getting good spark. check plugs, wires and the distributor. good luck. my car runs really hard now.
