problem is when key is on try to turn it over it dont start does nothing. but with key and if I jump the starter it trys to start but doesn't i just did the swap so with this problem i cant fix the rest of the bugs Im dealing with. also got no spark figure either coil or ICM for the spark problem.. I have fuel and pump works. As for the starter and battery both new. grounds new, could be clutch switch or relay my question is there anything else that would cause this? I'v had lots of these cars but never any issues with starting it blows. I have power everywhere not sure of voltage levels though.

time to search if anyone else has any ideas let me know.

 

1) If the starter cranks the engine with the battery jumped, then your battery is low on charge or dead. Charge or replace it.

2) Does voltage reach the coil and ICM?

3) Any CEL codes?

 

nope got power everywhere new battery new starter new terminals
no power to starter signal fuse in under dash fuse box...

also on the clutch pedal i searched about a stopper is there suppose to be one one on clutch inter lock switch B the lower one..?

i got a full harness Saturday and clutch interlock switches to try fixing this

when i turn key to try starting it is does nothing and no check engine light
they dont even dim when i try to start it

What ECU are you using? Is the motor completely D16Y7?

 

yes except intake manifold its d16z6 and dizzy is di16z6
p28 ecu im trying to find p2e but using the p28 wont matter even if its for a vtec motor temporarily correct?
