Default bumpers keep peeling paint...

have my car nicely painted on my 91 sedan...but for some reason both back and front bumpers keep peeling...DX bumpers black painted blue..rest of car is fine.
they have been sprayed with bulldog twice then painted again..looks great for 2-3 months..starts peeling again...tried to different shops also...was thinking of just putting them back to black...any suggestions? the paint shop ive gone too are 2 reputable ones....

Use a flexing agent in the paint?

Are they after market bumpers ? Or oem?

Some oem bumpers need a bake cycle to "sweat" and some other raw pastics as well

It might sound that whoever is painting it is not prepping it right.. all you're doing is putting a paint job on top of a paint job.. try and get down to the original paint/plastic.. you can try that..
does it start to peel in the same area or random places?

ask them if they can spray some adhesion promoter before spraying paint.. it usually helps the paint stick better to plastic
