Where can I buy a decible reader to measure sound volume...
If that's even what it's called. I'm a guy who likes to see numbers for results. I'm going to fully sound deaden my car but want to first measure the road noise inside before doing it, and then again afterwards.
Does anyone know what it's called and where I can get one locally?

Audio control makes the EPIC-150, for bass enhancement and it has a built in voltage meter and Decibal meter. It works good but I have never tested to see how accurate it is. Audiocontrol is a Reputable name though so you should be alright.
well, like i said, i want to measure road noise difference. Plus I don't plan on keeping it. I won't need it once I'm done.
I figured I'd buy it and measure before and after, then return it. hahaha

You could try to borrow an RTA from a local audio shop (maybe have an employee ride with you down the road) to make your measurments... spot 'em a few bucks for their time and you'll have a good idea of how loud the road noise is and the frequency of it.
