Offset would be +29. Offset doesn't change when the lip is modified.

the lip went out .5", which will change where the hub sits in relevance to the center of the wheel...so it will change.

thanks for the free bump though.

after actually doing the math, the final offset is 16.3

one inch in mm is 25.4. half of that (the difference in lip size) is 12.7.

so 49-12.7-20 (adapters) = et16.3

Your correct. I apologize. Offset is measured by finding the distance from the mounting face to the inner lip relative to the wheel width. In your case the overall wheel width changed and therefore the offset changed. I think your almost dead one. I'd approx. it at +23, but now I'm realizing how ridiculous all this thinking has been in light of you just trying to sell/ trade your wheels.
