I have a jdm b16a and recently its started rev limiting at 3500 and the speedometer jumps around when it does it. whenever the speedometer jumps around my fuel main relay buzzes, so i replaced that and it stopped for like a day and now its doing it again. i'm also getting CEL codes 16 and 41, but ive had 41 before its done it so i think its something with the fuel injectors but i'm not really sure what to check.

 

Have you cleaned and tightened the G101 ground attached too the thermostat housing?

 

i haven't checked any grounds, but i'll check that out tomorrow. thanks

 

Check your connection wires to your ivac and change your speed sensor. Possibly your ivac needs to change a
Aswell

Just fixed it. Ended up being the ground for the vtec pressure solenoid (oil pressure sensor) it was half connected and snapped off when I touched it

 

The oil pressure switch grounds at G101 on the thermostat housing.

 

Weird..my g101 ground was totally fine but I barely touched the ground directly underneath the intake and it snapped right off. Fixed it, started first time
