Default compression numbers really low and different???? help

hi i have a 1994 honda civic dx 5 speed d15b7 non vtec 140,000 miles and im assuming that my engine is toast i just did a compression test on all cylinders and mind you the car has been sitting a couple weeks and was cold. i did a test because car is not starting just one day i was drivnging it and i drove it someplace else and parked it and when i went to start it up agin 10 mins later after coming out of store it didnt start. i am getting fuel, spark and crank and its just not firing up. i have replaced the distributor the wires the spark plugs and i have tested the main and fuel relays. i get all the clicks from main relay and fuel pump primes. so i decided to do a compression test and the outcome is 90, 30, 60, 20 im not the smartess man in the world but from what i hear the number should all be close to each other and between 140 and 180. can someone help me that has some further knowledge to let me know if my engine needs a overhaul or is toast?

oh not to forget for about 3 months my car was cranking very slow and after 5 or 6 turns while cranking it would fire up and run fine, i am sure the battery was bad but it would always start so i kept going without battery replacment. im assuming that had something to do with the outcome and one day just not starting no more and the compression is what it is now after trying to diagnois what my problem is.

thanks in advance!!!!!

If you did the tests correctly then something is seriously wrong. HEALTHY compression is 135psi MINIMUM. Now do a leakdown test.

yeah i removed all spark plugs i disabled the distributor and unplugged the injector clips and twisted on hose and cranked engine for 5 seconds about 6 or 7 revolutions turning engine. and that was the outcome. i did a wet test and the numbers were about 10 psi higher on each cylinder.

Maybe you're losing compression in the head, then. Double check engine timing. But you might need to have a look inside.
