Default Gsr/Type R front end link question

I had to replace my end links on my integra cuz they were bent.
Anyways I got a hard race ones and put em in.
But I'm not sure how much to tighten the bottom/control arm nut.
I tightened it all the way and lowered the car and the arm on top that connects to the sway bar was angling up. So I loosened the nut enough for it to sit even with the sway bar once the car is on the ground.
So my question is that if its ok the way it is now? Or should I tighten it back all the way ?
Thanks guys
Btw it's a dc2 integra with itr front sway bar, so the end link is the angled 90 degree ones.

and you're supposed to tighten those kinds of bolts with the whole weight of the car on them.

Thanks.
So should I just crawl under the car and tighten them all the way?

I'll try taking pics right now
