Icon2 Sway Bar End Link Replacement

I am sure this is a very stupid question, but i looked and i can't get the answer. When i replace my front and rear sawy bar end links and bushings, do i jack up the car or do i leave it on the ground?

I am guessing jacked up. I assume all weigtht need to be off the suspension to get the links and bushings out.
