Default b16a2 what next?

i got a em1 for a good deal because it wasn't in the best shape and have decided to build it up. I started with intake, and high flow exhaust. I just ordered a skunk2 intake manifold and header and a 68mm throttle body. I plan on getting a chipped ecu and tune but am not sure what to do about fuel management. would a skunk2 fuel rail and 550cc injectors be necessary at this point? I am trying to stay as low budget as possible since I've already spent/plan to spend a good bit, so I don't want to have to pay for multiple tunes.

You haven't done anything that would warrant upgrading the fuel system and the mods you listed or plan to install don't either. You can get a chipped ECU but in reality it won't really make that much of a difference.

BTW a chip in an ECU is not a tune. It's a basemap.

well now that it will be breathing better by next weekend, what might you suggest next? I want to stay away from a turbo right now, and at least build the motor so I dont blow it up.

Unless you're willing to start cracking the engine open? Nothing.

Complete noob to this. I bought a 95 Civic w/ B16A2. Whilst getting used to a car so low to the ground, I smashed the stock headers a bit. Trying to replace axle, and clutch on a budget, I need a decent 4-1 set of headers. Price ranges are insane. Any suggestions? SKUNK is too expensive on current budget, but I need to get something soon. Not too worried about gains at this point, just something that flows and will make the car happy again... Great guide btw.

leave it alone. your not going to get much more out of it then the honda engineers.

remember, its a 1.6l engine. If you dont have money to play with cars, i suggest you wait till you have a plan and some deep pockets.
