I have been researching non stop and im still a little confused. I just bought a 93 integra, which SHOULD have a ys1, but my trans says s1, which would be the 90-91 trans right? But this is where it confuses me more, while driving home on the highway it felt really short geared so I held it at 70 which was right around 3,450 which seems too high for an ls trans from what I have read the rpms match a b16 trans more.

Any info would help. Is it a 90-91 ls trans or a vtec s1?

 

sounds like a normal cable Ls trans to me, a b16/gsr/type r trans would put you just about 60 mph at that rpm up or down a little depending on what trans and tire size

 

It was mor like 65mph, and they are 15" wheels with 195/50r/15

 

If it is an ls trans its a 90-91 right?
