Default Needing Help with a 96 accord 2.2l vtec

The car will crank but wont start. It has fuel , air and spark. I have replaced recently the thermost, the starter, altanator, battery, coil , pick up or holacost ICM , distubtor cap, plugs and wires. I have the Hetachi system. i also replaced the main fuse relay under the dash. The number one cylinder is up while the rotor button on the cap is facing the number 1 on the cap. My cap is not like most i have seen. For a 2.2l vtec sohc motor. My number one is down, 3 is above to left, 4 is to the right and 2 is below that. I know the firing order is 1 3 4 2 from front of motor. As i turn the key the fuel pump primes and i hear the injectors spraying. Im just throwing money and parts into the car and still not getting no results. Before the car stoped my radiator hose busted, so i repalced it which thats why i put in themostat. the car drove fine then then as i would stop it would feel like the car was gonna die. I pulled into my moms drive way and the RPMs where jumping eratically from idel to about 2k and back down. I turn off the car for about 20 mins. As i went to leave the car was alil hard to start but it started , i drove it home about a 1/2 mile and parked it. Got back into it the next day and the car would not start. Now i have been reading what could be wrong with the car so i have replaced everything i could. Only thing i have not done yet was replace the crank shaft sensor. Can some please give me some advise to help me get this car up and running again. I bout the car because It was the car i wanted for awhile, and it ran great with no problems. No i can crawl faster then it will move. Any information would be greatly needed. Ty... Lost without a clue here.

After replacing the rad/thermo did you bleed the system? If not you may have overheated the head and blown a head gasket. The temp gauge would show normal as it would only be picking up the temp of the air inside the coolant passage.

Have you done a compression check?

That would have been one of the first things I would have checked.
Did you disturb any of its wiring, or unplugged something? IIRC there is a ground wire by the thermostat housing, make sure it is securely attached and not corroded/broken.

Have a look at this link...

Go through everything step by step, even if you have done it 5 mins ago, print out that page, take it outside and begin. Check off every procedure as you go down the line.

One thing on the spark plug wires/wire routing. If for some reason the rotor/distributor is 180* out(which can only be done if the distributor was rebuilt and the key installed backwards) it doesn't matter as long as the rotor points to the cylinder that at TDC on the compression stroke(valves closed).
