No spark, need help...
My car has no spark (1991 civic lx). The only thing I can figure is that the ignition control module has gone out. I have been to the junk yard to try and find a new one and had no luck, however I did find one in a 1992 civic, and a 1991 accord. So I grabbed both, and after trying them had no luck. Nether one worked.
What I need to know is are the ICMs from those cars/years interchangeable, or is there another problem I haven't thought of?

A bad igniter unit is only one possible cause for no spark.
These will get you started:
1) Have AutoZone test your igniter unit.
2) Resistance test the coil.
3) Test whether voltage reaches the coil and igniter unit in the distributor.
4) Check whether the timing belt snapped or stripped.
