94 sohc turbo questions. will this work?

right now i have a garrett ar.42 turbo on it with cast iron mani.sohc i think its a d 15

right on. one more question if you look at the turbo you can see how the angle is on the compressor air discharge and the exhaust inlet are. can that be spun? my exhast inlet and air discharge need to both be facing up.thats how it looks on the turbo i have now. idk if what i just said makes any sense tho??ha

No.... the downpipe isn't v-band so the flange is pointless.. even more so because the down pipe already has a turbine outlet flange on it

Does your turbo have a v band outlet?
That flange is meant to be bolted to the turbine housing itself, you can't rotate it around to mount on the downpipe, it won't line up
