97 CX hatch. OEM steering wheel. SRS is all unplugged and I think part of it is missing from what I can tell. The Blue wire from the clock spring runs down to a grey plug, then the other plug is a grey wire running back up into the ingition harness. Looks like factory. there are only 2 other grey wires coming from the clock spring back to the harness with a yellow plug, which is for the airbag i would believe?.

My horn use to work, but just quit awhile ago and I'm now trying to fix it.

I'm confused on this because I thought the horn wire ran with the srs harness.?

 

I am also getting 12V to the gray plug that goes to the clockspring (with the blue wire)

So I would assume I just need a new clock spring?!

Do you have the service manual for the vehicle? Its wiring diagrams will help you immensely. The Electrical Troubleshooting Manual in particular will be your best friend.

 

Does the horn blow if you ground the Blu/Grn wire?
