signal blinkers and emergency blinkers dont work!!
Voltage test 10A hood fuse 43 and 10A dash fuse 15. Both top tabs of each fuse should have battery voltage. Click the Test Fuses link in my signature.
If the above tests are fine, then make sure the hazard switch connector is fully seated. If so, unplug it and test whether battery voltage reaches the Wht/Grn and Yel wires in the connector.

Ok checked it out and the hazards switch connector has power only on one wire and its white with a blue line. It also had power on a all yellow wire but only for a bit. If your holding it with the release clip on top, the two bottom right wires where the one with power. Also checked the hood fuse and that also has power but not the dash fuse. The fuse is good but theres no power coming out even took off the fuse and touch directly to the metal inside the fuse box and still nothing. Anything else I can check?
You need to read the diagram carefully.
Test #1 looks for ground not voltage (power).
Test #2 looks for voltage (power).
Test #3 looks for proper function.
