air boost valve & turbo
Man I havent worked on an OBD0 intake manifold in years, but I believe its there to soften the throttle closing when quickly letting off the throttle.
Fast idle valve under the TB is for cold temp air bypass.

The air boost valve is only used during startup. To be honest if you are boosting you would be better off just removing it and blocking it off.
OBD1 90-93 F22 Accords still used this as well.

Since it seems it could be more of a weak point than anything else i will be removing it and blocking it off. Unless someone has a reason why i should keep it around under boost situations....
If, for some reason, you do decide to keep it. It would be best to place the hose barb for it, in the tubing on the inlet side of your turbo.

You could, however it would be unfiltered..... If that matters to you, then you could run a small vent filter on it. If it doesn't matter then leave it open to the engine bay/atmosphere.
