Greddy Sohc Turbo on D16Z6, Should replace parts?
I'm planning to slap on a Greddy turbo and I have put a lot of freeway miles on my car(175,000 miles). People say that I can put it on no problems with out replacing any thing, but I want to make sure that I can safely run 8lbs. when I want to.
What parts do I need to replace/upgrade when I have the turbo installed. I've searched the boards for as much info as I could find, but I'm still a turbo newbie and don't know as much as most of you. Any input would be appreciated

turbopanda AKA nathan is selling a piston rod combo for the D block that will hold 14 PSI daily if youre interested in replacing those type of parts. search his name and you will find what you need to know.
Start off with a compression test to see what sealing condition your pistons/rings are in, then a thicker head gasket from GReddy or Cometic would be lovely
Single cam generic specs. for compression test results are roughly 150-175psi anything over that your motor is blessed
