Default obd0 b16a into obd2 99 em1

So I have a 99 em1. And I have found a cheap b16a 1st gen.

The the b16a is obd0 and I'm putting it into the obd2 chasis.

So far this is my list of stuff that'll have to be changed.

Transmission,
distributor,
intake manifold,
exhaust manifold all must be swapped over.
And I'm going to swap oil pumps to bypass changing the ecu.

Just wanted to see if anyone hah any input about this swap.
And yes I know I coulda gotten a b16a2 for about the same price all in
But I have this. So I'm sticking to it

all accessories. you dont need to mess with the oil pump, you can bypass the ckf. http://www.ff-squad.com/technet/ckftrick.htm

What do you mean all accessories?

That bypass trick allows me to just keep my the same oil pump and that's it?

Yes that is correct about the oil pump. Accessories:Oil sending unit,Intake manifold and ect. Pretty much everything you listed above plus all of the sensors on the block,Head you get the idea.

no... alternator, distributor, manifolds, etc. oil sending unit is an oil pump, the ckf trick will allow you to keep the one you have. sensors on the block and head? i cant think of anything youd need to move. you will need an iat sensor (on oem intake arm), and possibly a different coolant temp sensor.

The Oil pressure sending unit. It is located on the back of the block. Also you were correct, He will need to change out the coolant temp sensor. If you want to get down too it... He will also need the change the coolant neck on the head or make his own radiator hoses for the upper. The water pump neck/water pump tube on the back of the black coming from the water pump, Will also need to be changed out to make everything correct. Otherwise he will have either to many or not enough coolant ports to run is IACV hoses and etc.

VTEC solenoid connector is different on OBD0 as well but it's easily swapped over. Do you have the old B16A engine that came with the car or just a shell?

I'm buying the motor and trans and putting it into my em1.
I'll be using my trans though and my IM/EM.

This motor is getting put in so I can fully rebuild the original b16a2 and throw it back in
So I want to leave the swap as simple as possible. (no harness mods etc)

Ok yeah the easiest would be to swap over IM and EM, alternator, distributor. The fan switch is in diff locations. Swap over vtec solenoid or connectors.
