D17 Engine swap..

I want to swap my D17 engine in my 2001 Civic for an engine from a 2002 Civic that has the Si Type-R engine in it. I plan on doing both tranny and engine swap. Would this work? Would everything be compatible?

U have to take subframe and axles..also.. yes the k series will go into ur car ..also be wanting a kpro ecm
